1 Accepted Payment Methods

Payment is due at checkout and is handled securely by PayPal, which also accepts credit and debit cards without a PayPal account, or — for Etsy orders — by Etsy Payments. We do not store your full card details. Your order enters production once payment is confirmed. You’ll be redirected to PayPal to pay with your PayPal balance or any credit/debit card — no PayPal account required. Your details never touch this website.

2 Currency

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD), and payments on this site are charged in USD. If you browse in another currency, the prices you see are an estimate at today’s exchange rate; checkout shows the amount in USD before you pay.

3 When You Are Charged

You are charged when you place your order at checkout. Your order is accepted, and our contract with you is formed, when your payment is confirmed and we send you our order confirmation email. Your order enters production once payment is confirmed.

4 Custom Orders

A custom piece is paid like any other piece: once we have agreed the design and the price with you, we send you a private product page at that price, and you pay the full agreed price in one payment at our ordinary checkout. Nothing is paid before that, and nothing is left to pay afterwards.

5 Refunds

Refunds are made to the payment method you used — for a return, typically within 5–7 business days of receiving it. The details, including refunds under the EU, EEA & UK right of withdrawal, are in our Returns & Damage Policy.

6 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes are not included. If your country charges them, the carrier collects them from you on delivery.

7 Payment Security

We never see or store your full card number. Payments on this site are handled by PayPal, a PCI-compliant payment processor that also accepts credit and debit cards without a PayPal account; orders placed through our Etsy shop are handled by Etsy Payments. These processors manage your card or account details directly under their own security standards; we receive only confirmation that payment succeeded and the billing details needed to complete your order.
